synopsis

In 1986 a Dutch film crew travelled to New York to shoot a documentary about rap, scratch and beat boxing. They had no idea who, or what they would find. Big Fun In The Big Town became a classic, starring: LL COOL J, Run DMC, Russell Simmons, The Beastie Boys, and more. A Hiphop Minute is the follow-up, the story of a year that changed the music industry forever, and what has happened since then.
