An evening in a high-class restaurant where we follow the lives and stories of the different people working there, as well as their wealthy clientele. Throughout the night, as we dive deeper into the personal issues of a few characters who come from all walks of life, we come to lay bare the contrasts and problems of this 'Beau Monde'.
Une soirée dans un restaurant hupé. Nous suivons les actions et conversations de différents personnages aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle. Lorsque la soirée avance, petit à petit, la vraie nature de certains se dessine, les conflits et non-dits surgissent. Le « Beau Monde » se révèle.
Een avond in een toprestaurant. In een mozaiekvertelling volgen we de verhalen en belevenissen van het keukenpersoneel en het clienteel. Naarmate de avond vordert, ontdekken we dieperliggende conflicten en de schrijnende aard van sommige personages. De ware aard van deze 'Beau Monde' komt aan de oppervlakte drijven.
