Meanwhile, somewhere in Belgium, the students of the 5th grade of St. Josephs are impatiently awaiting the holidays. Before summer freedom are the final exams. Robin, 17, has other priorities : his old flame Cathy has reappeared and he realizes he's still madly in love...

synopsis

Television is the flavor of the month, people are still talking about the World Expo '58, James Dean just invented method acting and Laïka is the first dog in space ... Meanwhile, somewhere in Belgium, the students of the 5th grade of St. Josephs are impatiently awaiting the holidays. Before summer freedom are the final exams. Robin, 17, has other priorities : his old flame Cathy has reappeared and he realizes he's still madly in love - only, he doesn't know how to make that clear to her ... When he finally does, it's Passion with a capital P. That same night, the students aren't losing time either - they've locked themselves in, and are now studiously copying the exam questions. But with the Principal, an almost sadistic man in the building, one of the students, Eddy, gets caught and things suddenly turn very badly ... The whole class, headed by Robin, decides to revolt and in a climatic scene the Principal gets what he owns. The teenagers of the 5th grade of St.Josephs just entered Real Life - and they're making sure everybody knows about it ...!
La télévision est le produit du mois, les personnes parlent encore de l'Exposition universelle de 1958, James Dean vient d'inventer un nouveau jeu d'acteur et Laïka est le premier chien dans l'espace.... Pendant ce temps, quelque part en Belgique, les étudiants de 5ème de l'école St. Josephs attendent les vacances avec impatience. Avant l'été, il y a les examens de fin d'année. Robin, 17 ans, a d'autres priorités. Cathy, son vieux coup de foudre, a refait son apparition et il se rend compte qu'il est encore fou amoureux d'elle. Il ne sait cependant pas comment lui déclarer sa flamme... Lorsqu'il se lance enfin, c'est la Passion avec un P majuscule. Cette nuit-là, les étudiants ne perdent pas leur temps. Ils se sont enfermés, et sont désormais en train de copier studieusement sur les questions d'examen. Mais avec le principal dans le bâtiment, un homme sadique, Eddy, l'un des élèves, se fait prendre et les choses tournent soudainement très mal... La classe entière, dirigée par Robin, décide de se révolter et le principal finit par recevoir ce qu'il mérite. Les adolescents de la classe de 5ème de l'école St. Josephs viennent de faire leur entrée dans la vie réelle, et ils s'assurent que tout le monde en soit informé... !
