synopsis

Jos Verbiest, the former secretary of the School and the former arch-enemy, crosses the path of the 5th metal class in an unexpected and rather brutal fashion. Robin, who used to be the undisputed leader of the class, is nowhere to be found...The incident over the death of Eddy has lang been forgotten and Verbiest has left the technical school to make a career for himself at the cabinet of the Department of Education and Culture. In order to boost the image of his minister, Verbiest proposes to organise a major charity campaign in favour of the mentally and physically disabled.Robin unsuspectingly gets home after a few years in the merchant navy. Robin, Cathy, Rudy and Jeanine agree that it is time to teach the secretary a lesson, this time in a professional manner. The idea is to publicly compromise the seretary and to break his political career. For this, they need the help (and expertise) of the other boys of the 5th metal-class, but this collaboration is not to be taken for granted.In spite of the years and the distances between them, their revenge will be sweet and the major charity campaign of the secretary, broadcast live on national television, has the potential of turning into a gigantic vaudeville. Brylcream Boulevard, Revenge in the Sixties, is the sequel to Blueberry Hill.
Jos Verbiest, l’ancien secrétaire de l’école et ennemi juré, croise le chemin de la classe de 5ème métallique de manière inattendue et plutôt brutale. Robin, qui était le leader incontesté de la classe, est introuvable… l’accident sur la mort de Eddy a été oublié depuis longtemps et Verbiest a abandonné l’école technique pour faire carrière dans le cabinet du Département de l’Education et de la Culture. Dans le but de promouvoir l’image de son ministre, Verbiest propose d’organiser une campagne de charité de grande ampleur en faveur des handicapés mentaux et physiques. Robin revient à la maison de manière inattendue après quelques années passées dans la marine marchande. Robin, Cathy, Rudy et Jeanine sont d’accord sur le fait qu’il est temps de donner une leçon au secrétaire, d’une manière professionnelle cette fois. L’idée est de compromettre publiquement le secrétaire et de briser sa carrière politique. Pour cela, ils ont besoin de l’aide (et du savoir-faire) des autres garçons de la 5ème métallique, mais cette collaboration n’est pas garantie. En dépit des années et de la distance qui les séparent, leur revanche leur sera douce et la grande campagne de charité du secrétaire, diffusée en direct sur la télévision nationale, a du potentiel pour se transformer en gigantesque Vaudeville. Brylcream Boulevard, Revanche à la soixantaine, est la suite de Blueberry Hill.
