Three Icelandic siblings struggle to control the whale-watching business they have inherited from their parents.

synopsis

After the banking crisis, the travel industry became a goldmine for Iceland. So, when three very different, middle-aged siblings inherit a successful whale watching company, and the beautiful summerhouse their parents built, there is a lot to fight over. Taking joint decisions about a legacy to which they all feel entitled is not easy. And when they start to manipulate the situation, old wounds open up with dire consequences.
Après la crise bancaire, l'industrie du voyage est devenue une mine d'or en Islande. Lorsque trois frères et sœurs d'âge moyen, très différents les uns des autres, héritent de l'entreprise prospère d'observation des baleines et de la magnifique maison d'été construite par leurs parents, les choses deviennent extrêmement difficiles. Prendre des décisions communes sur l'héritage auquel ils estiment avoir droit crée des circonstances complexes, et lorsqu'ils commencent à manipuler ce qu'ils doivent partager, de vieilles blessures se rouvrent avec des conséquences désastreuses.

Wanneer drie heel verschillende broers en zussen van middelbare leeftijd het succesvolle walvissafaribedrijf en het prachtige zomerhuis erven dat hun ouders hebben gebouwd, wordt alles extreem moeilijk. Gezamenlijke beslissingen nemen over de erfenis waar ze allemaal recht op menen te hebben, creëert complexe omstandigheden. En wanneer ze beginnen te manipuleren wat ze moeten delen, gaan oude wonden open, met ernstige gevolgen.
