synopsis

The story of a pretty girl in a futuristic environment surrounded by thousands of warriors, all part of a magnificent choreography of dance and warfare in which, ultimately, only one warrior meets his destiny. "I wanted to make a perfect transition from a choreography of dance to a choreography of fight, blending the characteristics of oriental Kung Fu film with elements of African dance," says director Senne Dehandschutter.
Le film raconte l’histoire d’une jolie fille dans un environnement futuriste et imaginaire entourée de milliers de guerriers, faisant tous partie d’une fantastique chorégraphie faite de danses et de combats. A la fin, seul un guerrier rencontre son destin. Ce court métrage mélange différents concepts et genres de film. « Je voulais assurer une transition parfaite entre une chorégraphie de danse et une chorégraphie de combat, en mélangeant les caractéristiques des films de Kung Fu orientaux et de la danse africaine. Cela a abouti à un mélange parfait d’effets visuels comme le saut à la corde, des horizons créés digitalement, des plans magnifiques et des émotions réelles dans une situation à couper le souffle. »
