Ten days after the devastating airport attacks of 22 March 2016, half-Moroccan policewoman Samira Laroussa starts the biggest job of her career: returning abandoned suitcases to the victims and their families.

synopsis

Ten days after the terrorist attacks on Brussels Airport, Samira Laroussa, a half-Moroccan policewoman with a big heart, is given the task of returning baggage and personal belongings left behind in the departure hall that day. Each new encounter with a victim or relative will unbalance the seemingly strong Samira, who is far from ready to deal with her own trauma and the pain of her troubled past. In her blind determination to help everyone, Samira forgets to take care of herself.
Tien dagen na de vreselijke gebeurtenissen van 22 maart krijgt Samira Laroussa, een dynamische politievrouw met half-Marokkaanse roots, de opdracht om de honderden stuks bagage en persoonlijke items die achtergebleven zijn in de vertrekhal te ordenen en terug te bezorgen aan de eigenaars of nabestaanden. Bij elke ontmoeting voelt Samira het verdriet, maar ook de moed en de hoop van de slachtoffers. Ze beseft dat haar missie van groot belang is voor het herstel van deze mensen en stort zich met extreme overgave op haar taak, maar ze vergeet daarbij één ding: dat ze ook voor zichzelf moet zorgen. Ook zij moet aan de slag met haar eigen 22 maart-trauma en met spoken uit haar verleden.
