Every month the European Parliament moves from Brussels to its Strasbourg seat in 15 enormous trucks. A week later everything is moved back again. The romantic comedy &ME takes place against this backdrop.

synopsis

24-year-old law student Edurne moves from Sitges to Brussels where, on her first day at the European Parliament, she bumps into Eduard, a 40-year-old gay German man. Unlucky in love, Eduard is hoping to start a new life with a woman. But when they meet Richard, a handsome EC removal man, the two find themselves in competition.
Tous les mois, un étrange rituel se répète à Bruxelles. 15 énormes camions déménagent le Parlement européen et toutes ses affaires au siège central de Strasbourg. Une semaine plus tard, tout est déménagé à nouveau. La comédie romantique &Me prend sa source dans le contexte des tentatives désespérées pour conserver l'idéal européen.
Elke maand voltrekt zich in Brussel een bizar ritueel. In 15 enorme vrachtwagens verhuist het Europees Parlement al haar spullen naar vestiging in Straatsburg. Eén week later wordt alles weer terug verhuisd. Tegen de achtergrond van dit merkwaardig vertoon van het Europese Ideaal speelt de romantische comedy &ME zich af.
