His imagination and the world around him are so influenced by her death that each experience, each meeting, each event is affected by it. In the end, he suffers from a heart attack and breaks down in a Brussels shopping street. He is taken to the nearest hospital at top speed.

Un homme est tourmenté par la perte de sa femme et succombe à la schizophrénie. Son imagination et le monde autour de lui sont tellement influencés par sa mort que chaque expérience, chaque rencontre, chaque évènement est affecté par cela. Il finit par avoir une crise cardiaque et s’effondre dans une rue commerçante de Bruxelles. Il est emmené d’urgence à l’hôpital le plus proche.
