Mathias is forced to face reality. Anne forces him to think about their lives together. Falling asleep on the train they were sitting on, he realizes in his dream that his life would mean nothing with Anne in it. But when he wakes up, he discovers that the train they were sitting on was involved in a crash. Amidst the wreckage of their carriage, he discovers Anne's body.Based on the work of Johan Daisne
Mathias, 40 ans, vit avec sa petite amie, Anne, dans une petite ville de Flandre. Un jour, Anne le confronte au fait qu’elle est malheureuse et se sent étouffer. Mathias est forcé d’affronter la réalité. Anne l’oblige à réfléchir à leur vie commune. Il s’endort dans le wagon lequel ils étaient assis, et réalise dans son rêve que sa vie n’aurait aucun sens sans Anne. Mais lorsqu’il se réveille, il découvre que le train a eu un accident. Parmi les décombres de leur wagon, il découvre le corps sans vie d’Anne.
