synopsis

Olivier does the best he can to fight injustice at work. But from one day to the next, when his wife Laura abandons the family home, he is left alone to juggle the children's needs, life's daily challenges and his job. Faced with these new responsibilities, he struggles to find a balance. Because Laura's not coming back.
Alors qu'Olivier syndicaliste de 37 ans travaille d'arrache-pied pour sauver les emplois de ses collègues, Laura, son épouse et mère de leurs deux enfants, disparaît du foyer. Elle le laisse seul face à ses responsabilités. Olivier, désarçonné, va devoir assumer son nouveau statut de père et élever ses enfants seul. Car Laura ne reviendra pas.
Olivier verdedigt de rechten van zijn collega’s binnen zijn bedrijf. Maar dan verlaat zijn vrouw Laura van de ene dag op de andere dag het huis. Olivier moet de opvoeding van zijn kinderen en zijn beroepsleven met elkaar zien te verzoenen en wordt geconfronteerd met zijn nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden. Hij worstelt om een nieuw evenwicht te vinden, want Laura keert niet terug.
