synopsis

During the Pinochet dictatorship, Jorge Lübbert became an instrument for the Chilean secret services, who forced him to work for them in an extremely violent way. He was able to escape from Chile and became a war photographer based in Belgium. Today, his son Andrés takes him back to the places of his unfinished past.
Pendant le régime de Pinochet, Jorge est interpelé par les services secrets chiliens qui usent de violence pour le forcer à travailler pour eux. Il parvient à s'échapper et devient caméraman de guerre. Aujourd'hui, son fils réalise de lui un portrait psychologique, cherchant à reconstruire son passé chilien décomposé.
Tijdens het Pinochet-regime valt Jorge in handen van de Chileense geheime diensten, die hem dwingen voor hen te werken op een bijzonder gewelddadige manier. Hij weet te ontkomen en wordt oorlogscameraman vanuit België. Vandaag maakt zijn zoon Andrés een psychologisch portret van zijn vader, op zoek gaan naar zijn Chileens onvoltooid verleden.
