Partout dans le monde, le cochon est porteur d’images et de récits. L’animal provoque passion et rejet. Ce que nous faisons et avons fait avec ‘le cochon’ révèle ‘l’homme’. Le cochon gourmand agit-il comme métaphore de notre voracité ?
Waar ook ter wereld kent het varken een met verhalen en afbeeldingen beladen geschiedenis. Het dier torst hartstocht en verwerping. Wat we met ‘het varken’ doen en deden, openbaart ‘de mens’. Het gulzige varken als metafoor voor ons vraatzuchtig handelen?
