Un policier néglige sa jeune femme attirante à cause de ses devoirs professionnels. Bientôt, il devra faire face au fait qu'elle le trompe. Cela complique sérieusement l'affaire sur laquelle il travaille : des jeunes femmes attirantes sont brutalement tuées à l'aide d'un crayon introduit dans leur nez jusqu'à ce que leur cerveau soit percé.
