Jan Bucquoy raconte l’histoire de sa vie sexuelle à 28 ans, imaginant sa conception et racontant son premier orgasme, ses expériences comparatives avec les filles, et son déménagement à Bruxelles. Il y rencontre Greta, serveuse au café Bohemian, qui lui apprend le Kama Sutra, Esther, nue, qui lui lit des histoires et Thèrèse, sa femme pendant trois ans. Ils se séparent après avoir eu deux enfants ensemble.
