synopsis

The Invisible Ones follows filmmaker Martijn Blekendaal as he captures the remarkable stories of people who, as children, developed the ability to go through life unseen and unnoticed. . Martijn records these tales of creative invisibility, ultimately realising his own superhero dream. The result is a playful and colourful quest that leads from Gotham City to Hollywood, from Gaza to Ghent. And from an obscure film lab deep underground to a long-forgotten Spanish film pioneer.
