Eric Kabongo's dreams of a music career are compromised by his troubled past and the reality of his life. The film explores the inner world of a young man - a place where frustration can turn to anger in a second.
De excentrieke Eric Kabongo droomt zoals veel van zijn generatiegenoten van een muziekcarrière, maar zijn droom conflicteert met het verleden dat hem blijft achtervolgen en de harde realiteit waarin hij zich bevindt. What about Eric? maakt een reis doorheen het hoofd van Eric. De plaats waar droom en realiteit samenkomen en frustratie in enkele tellen kan omslaan in woede. Eric, voor altijd gedoemd tot een zoektocht naar zichzelf.
