As always, the shopkeeper is heartless, but his assistant tries everything to make them feel better. But when the children tell their story of how they got the golden watch something unexpected and impossible happens.

synopsis

A miserable man owns a secondhand store. He is mean to his customers and to his assistant. One day, a boy and a girl come into the shop to sell a golden watch they are very fond of. As always, the shopkeeper is heartless, but his assistant tries everything to make them feel better. But when the children tell their story of how they got the golden watch something unexpected and impossible happens. The shopkeeper is overwhelmed by feelings of generosity and is moved to tears by the story. He gives in to his customers and grants the children everything they'd like.
Un homme exécrable tient un magasin de seconde main. Il est mesquin envers ses clients et ses assistants. Un jour, un garçon et une fille arrivent dans son magasin pour vendre une montre en or qu’ils aiment beaucoup. Comme toujours, le boutiquier est sans cœur, mais ses assistants mettent tout en œuvre pour qu’ils se sentent mieux. Mais lorsque les enfants racontent leur histoire et comment ils reçurent la montre en or, quelque chose d’improbable et d’inattendu se produit. Le patron est bouleversé par des sentiments de générosité et l’histoire le fait pleurer. Il cède à ses clients et accorde aux enfants tout ce qui leur ferait plaisir.
